Anne Hughes

Monroe Community College

Anne has been at Monroe Community College for 17 years with nine of those yeas in the Career and Transfer Center as a Career Counselor. Her work primarily focuses on the career counseling and job search/resume writing pieces.  Prior to that she spent eight years as a counselor in the Counseling Center and is a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In 2009 Anne earned the credential of Certified Professional Résumé Writer.  Anne has a BS in Liberal Studies from SUNY Brockport and an MS in Education/College Counseling emphasis from SUNY Brockport. She is currently a Faculty Senator and is on the Middle States Reaccreditation Team.  She also has been part of an external review team for Career Services at Jamestown Community College and Finger Lakes Community College.
