Chris has been a career development professional since 1997.  Most recently, he has been the Assistant Director at SUNY Fredonia since 2004, where his position includes both taking student career appointments and managing employer relations on behalf of the office.  When he started in ’04, he oversaw the on-campus recruiting program and job posting database.  Soon after, he initiated the CDO Spotlight Series, which brought dozens of employers to campus for group presentations over the years.  In 2010, heintroduced the first Job & Internship Expo, which greatly increased employer traffic on campus and has grown in size each year. 
He came to Fredonia from Niagara University (2000-2004) and Gannon University (1997-2000).  Since 2000, he has been a member of the Western New York Association of College Career Centers (WNYACCC), where he had the honor of serving as President (2005-2006) and Treasurer (2008-2010).  In 2006, he became Chair of the annual JobQuest job fair, which very successfully merged with/revived Jobsapalooza in Buffalo.  So - he has been working closely with employers both on behalf of his own office and on behalf of a consortium for several years.
